Online license renewal; license lookup New License registration or Searching for your License number: When you have your required forms filled out to renew your license you can click on this DOLI Link to renew your personal or contractor's license. Make sure you have everything together to upload and make payment. This will make things easier if you have everything ready. You can scan your documents or take pictures of them with your phone and upload them. *Just a quick reminder for all unlicensed registered technicians, don’t forget the work verification forms when you renew. That form should be filed as soon after the anniversary date on the registration to reflect 12 months of employment. That is important that you do that on an annual basis after your renewal.

  This form must be completed annually and submitted to the State DOLI to qualify to take the PLT license exam.
  The work experience form has been a confusing document for many. This is a sample of what needs to be filled in on the spaces provided. The first number is the minimum experience required in each of the categories followed by a slash and the next number is the maximum hours allowed under each category. The minimum and Maximum hours are cumulative over a minimum of 3 years.
