PLT License Renewal Requirements:
Need 16 hours of Continuing Education Units (C.E.U.) each licensing period, including 4 hours of NEC code CEU.
The State of Minnesota now requires 16 hours of continuing education for Power Limited Technicians for renewal of your license. This became effective on December 1, 2009. * 16 Hours required on any new license or renewed license after 12-1-2009.

REGISTERED NON-LICENSED TECHNICIANS:
Renewing a Registration issued after November 1, 2009 will need 2 hours of NEC Code to renew a registration. Registrations are good for 1 year.
