Session 2:  10:15 - 12:15: 2 CEU Hours:   NEC Chapter 725  2008 and Related Articles: The National Electrical Code chapters that relate to Class1, 2, and 3 wiring.  Related chapters such as Hazardous locations and Technology areas are referenced.  This class meets the State requirement for Code hours.

Session 3:  1:00 - 5:15: 4 CEU Hours: Basic Networking For CCTV Installers:  This networking Class is applicable for technicians who need to know how to connect IP devices for local area network, and internet access although CCTV is the focus, phone system voicemail and other IP devices also apply.

Session 1:   8:00 – 10:00:  2 CEU Hours: National Electrical Code: Chapter 760 and related sections - *** Meets 2 hours CEU code requirement.  This class is all about Power limited fire alarm installations and, class 2, and Class 3 control and signaling circuits and installation practices that relate to PLFA and clear definitions of what is a Non-Power limited alarm system.  This class meets the State requirement for Code hours.

Session 2:  10:15 - 12:15: 2 CEU Hours:  Minnesota Rules For The Employee:   If an employee is going to get into trouble in Minnesota it will be because of a rule violation not a code violation.  Employees need to understand the rules and this class highlights the Department of Labor Rules as they apply to employees of Technology Systems Contractors.

Session 3:  1:00 - 3:00: 2 CEU HOURS - Environmental Alarm and Monitoring:  This is a class for all individuals who are concerned about the new Carbon Monoxide law, as well as Smoke and other environmental concerns. 

Session 4:  3:15 - 5:15: 2 CEU HOURS - Basic of Burglar Alarm:  This class is designed for the beginning alarm installer, dispatcher, office personnel who need to know the basics.  False alarm prevention, alarm devices, Alarm education, all are covered in this class that is also approved for 2 contact hours by the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers post board for credits.
