Session 1: 8:00 – 10:00: 2 CEU Hours: NEC Code 2011 Article 680 & Related Articles: NEC 680 this section of the code is what the Landscaping and irrigation people have been asking for, this part of the code is all about outdoor lighting and irrigation. Finally a class for those industries. This class meets the State requirement for Code hours.
Session 2: 10:15 - 12:15: 2 CEU Hours: NEC Chapter 725 2008 and Related Articles: The National Electrical Code chapters that relate to Class1, 2, and 3 wiring. Related chapters such as Hazardous locations and Technology areas are referenced. This class meets the State requirement for Code hours.
Session 3: 1:00 - 3:00: 2 CEU Hours: Basic Burglary Alarm: This class is designed for the beginning alarm installer, dispatcher, office personnel who need to know the basics. False alarm prevention, alarm devices, Alarm education, all are covered in this class that is also approved for 2 contact hours by the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers post board for credits.
Session 4: 3:00 - 5:00: 2 CEU Hours: Environmental Alarm and Monitoring: This is a class for all individuals who are concerned about the new Carbon Monoxide law, as well as Smoke and other environmental concerns.
