PLT Services will not be responsible for cancelled classes due to low registration, sign up early! A discount of $25.00 per day will be given to anyone signing up for 2 days ask about group discounts also.

Session1: 8:00 –12:15: 4 CEU Hours: The National Electrical Code and the PLT Part II: This class is a 4 hour continuation of the NEC part 1. Highlighting additional parts of the code that concern the installation of Technology Systems. This class meets the 4 hour State code requirement for renewal of the PLT License.
Session 2: 10:15 - 12:15: 2 CEU Hours: Alternate Alarm Reporting Issues: this class covers problems that arise from things like the addition of DSL to a line, Voice over IP, and no regular phone line access. Alarm reporting the old fashioned way will also be discussed.
Session 4: 3:15 - 5:15: 2 CEU Hours: The Basics of Fire Alarm Installation: Non Brand specific covering NFPA and Electrical code requirements for Fire alarms and fire reporting. Dealing with the AHJ and determining who the AHJ is. The liabilities and responsibilities for testing and reporting are also covered.
